We have partnered with JustFund to provide a practical and compassionate solution for clients who need support navigating legal costs and expenses relating to family law and estate administration matters. This can include legal fees, mediation fees, court costs, preparing a home for sale and more.

Through this partnership, eligible clients can access a flexible line of credit to help manage legal fees and expenses, without any repayments until a settlement is reached. Unlike traditional lenders, JustFund does not assess income or credit scores when supporting clients in Family Law or Estate matters.

Who is Eligible for Funding?
 

Family Law Matters - JustFund's line of credit only covers matters related to property settlements, Unfortunately, FustFund cannot cover cases that only involve parenting arrangements. However, if you're organising parenting and property matters simultaneously, JustFund may be able to assist.

Estate Administration - The exector or administrator of the estate, or their lawyer, can apply for the loan. Beneficiaries, in some circumstances, may also be able to apply for early access to estate assets.
